Get the Meeting Summaries Quickly with Microsoft Copilot in Teams

To use the AI tool in Teams, follow these steps:

1. Click on "Chat" on the left side of Teams.

2. Choose the chat you want to use the AI tool in.

3. In the top right corner of the chat, click on "Open Copilot" (you'll see a Copilot icon).

4. Under the text box where you type your messages, click on "More prompts."

5. Choose from these options:

   • Highlights from today.

   • Highlights from the past week.

   • What tasks are still open?

6. Type a prompt in the text box and hit "Send." You can try prompts like:

   • "Give me a summary of what I missed."

   • "What did [specific person] say?"

   • "Can you show me the links that were shared?"
