I. Importance of a Strong Online Presence
Congratulations my dear! Your idea is incredible, you have an amazing project,… but… you don’t have a professional website or a solid social media presence? What’s wrong with you? How likely do you think people will trust your project or even give it a second look? Not very likely.
Your website and social media are the first things investors will see. And trust me, first impressions matter. Without a professional, well-thought-out website and engaging social media, your project is almost invisible.
Throughout this lesson, I’ll share some real-world tips and insights I’ve picked up from my own experience in launching tokens, and we’ll cover 3 main steps:
Building a professional website that looks trustworthy and offers value.
Setting up social media that attracts and engages your audience.
Optimizing both to create a long-term, sustainable presence for your token.
This guide to build your very own stunning website could be applied to any project, not just a single one.
I’ve learned from both my successes and mistakes, so trust me when I say, don’t skip this part. If you’re on a budget, it’s tempting to cut corners here, but the truth is: you can’t afford to. I’ll show you how to make sure your website and social media accounts are done right, no matter your budget. Just use some of our top-picked AI tools right below.
By the end of this lesson, you’ll have a clear understanding of how to create and optimize your website and social media to attract the right attention, build trust with investors, and set your token up for success.
It’s time to get your project the attention it deserves, and it all starts with having a professional online presence. Let’s get your website and social media game on point!
II. How to Create Your Own Website
Before going forward, I want to clarify that I am not a web developer that requires a specific skillset, which I am not an expert in, so I can’t show you how to create or build a website from scratch step by step (which will need HUGE time). However, I know what a crypto project website should look like. Based on that, I will show you the criteria and go through a few ways through which you can get your project's website made using AI tools.
So I'll ask you, if you are an investor, would you be willing to take a risk and investing in a project that does not have a professional or good looking website, I assume most of you will be answering no. And that's exactly what investors do.
Why? Because anyone can create a web page and a listing, but they are very less likely to succeed unless they have a good marketing budget. And the best example for this will be Pepe (PEPE). Pepe was launched on PinkSale. They have a very basic looking website. However, their marketing budget was more than $250,000 for 4 days and that's the reason they were successful.
=> They would rather invest in a good crypto project with a good website which has some utility or not invest at all. For me, the website has 3 criteria pillars:
Professional looking.
Have some utilities.
Have information such as tokenomics, the roadmap, whitepaper, etc.
Alright, there can be multiple ways and I'll leave it to you guys. Obviously it will vary a lot for each of you. But I'll give you 3 main ways on how you can get this done:
Option 1: Outsourcing to Freelancers (On a Budget)
When you’re starting out and don’t have much of a budget, hiring a freelancer is a great way to get a professional-looking website without breaking the bank.
Use platforms like Fiverr or Upwork. These are freelance websites where you can find web developers who specialize in ICO or crypto project websites => and search for “ICO website” or “Crypto pre-sale website”
=> Tip: Always look for top-rated or level 2 freelancers. They have more experience and positive reviews. When browsing, check the portfolio of each freelancer. Make sure they’ve worked on similar projects, and that their previous websites look professional.
Cost: Expect to pay between $100 - $450 for a basic crypto website. The exact price will depend on the complexity and how much customization you need.
=> Tip: Always ask for their portfolio first, before discussing the cost.
Option 2: Hiring a Professional Developer (More Customization)
If you want something more custom-made and don’t mind spending a bit more, hiring a professional developer or agency is the way to go.
I do see that PinkSale (and other launchpads) usually have a list of ICO website developers. Also, check their portfolio for samples of previous work.

📌 NOTE: Hiring a professional developer will cost you more. The price range typically falls between $1200 - $2500 depending on what you need (e.g., integration of staking features, custom designs). Please tell developers you got contact from Saul Pink, you will get better discount.
=> While it’s more expensive, a high-quality, professional website can attract more investors, which can make it worth the investment.
Option 3: DIY (Do It Yourself) But Not 100%
If you’re on a very tight budget and willing to put in the work yourself, building the website can be an option. It takes time and effort, but if you’re willing to learn, it can be very rewarding & save you money.
1. If You’re Familiar With Coding
If you already have coding experience, you have the ability to fully customize your website, and you don’t have to rely on templates or outside help.
Step 1: Choose a Pre-made Template
My suggestion here is to buy a pre-made theme from ThemeForest, this is also our choice for the first project. For around $19 - $59 (or even FREE one), you can get a crypto project template that is already designed, then just change the text, logo, and images to reflect your project.
For example, I’ll type “ICO” on the search bar. As you can see here, it gives me around 572 items.Templates usually come with pages for your tokenomics, roadmap, and contact info, so you don’t need to create these from scratch.
Click on “Live Preview” to have a better view. For example, I find the first one quite attractive to me, so I’ll see its demo. And okay, I’ll choose this, nice!
Step 2: Customize the Template
Once you have the template, open it in a code editor like VS Code or Sublime Text.
Change the content:
Replace the placeholder text with your token’s information (e.g., Tokenomics, Roadmap, About Us).
Replace the logo and images with your own branding (you can use Canva to create logos and graphics if needed).
Adjust the colors and fonts to match your token’s theme.
Even though you’re using a template, you can still make it unique by customizing the layout and features.
Step 3: Deploy Your Website
Once you’re happy with your website, it’s time to make it live. You’ll need a hosting service (e.g., Bluehost, SiteGround, or DigitalOcean) to host the website. For us, we almost used DigitalOcean for all projects.
I just found this video on how to Copy Any Website Template From Themeforest, Customize & Own It. You can watch it here:
2. If You’re NOT Familiar With Coding
If you’re not familiar with coding, there are still options to build a website with minimal knowledge required. You can use website builders or drag-and-drop tools that help you build professional websites with AI tools.

📌 IMPORTANT NOTE: Demo website: Here. Your website must have:
Intro Part
Problem & Solution
Why Your Coin is Worth Buying Today?
Tokenomics (Important)
Roadmap (Important)
Team & Advisors (Optional)
Whitepaper (Must have)
Let's move on to the social media. I'll quickly cover this one. In case of social media, the more the better. That means if you have more places or if you are visible on more social media platforms, it's always good for a project, for example, YouTube, Instagram, etc.
=> But the main platforms for crypto are Telegram and X. These are the two main platforms every investor looks for or goes to:
Telegram is where people want to get involved, ask questions, and have real-time conversations about your project. It’s a hub for community building.
Twitter (X) is where you can keep everyone updated on the latest news, market trends, and big announcements. It's perfect for building hype and creating excitement.
=> After going to the website they want to see, your Telegram should have at least 3000 to 4000 subscribers or members, and similarly X should have at least 1500 to 2000 followers. Now you might wonder how you will be able to get these followers and these members right away?
The steps to create an account is quite straightforward and you must create several accounts here so I’ll skip that part. But if you don’t know how to, check out this guide.
But again, how do you get followers right away? The solution is quite simple. There's a website called Followerbased.com. It's an absolute gold for me. I've used it in every single project. It’s common in the crypto world, and it helps with social proof.
=> Remember, social proof is everything in crypto. If your account has a high number of followers, others will trust it more.

They sell Instagram services, YouTube, TikTok, Twitter (X) and Telegram. The first thing that I do is go for Telegram members. And once I'm here, I typically go for either this package or 3000 members package.

Or you can choose these 2 top websites here:
MorethanPanel - Fastest Growing Best & Cheapest SMM Panel since 2020: One of the oldest and most reliable SMM panels. While slightly more expensive, its service quality is top-notch and trusted by many.
JustAnotherPanel - Revolutionize your social media growth: The cheapest option available, though its customer support can be a bit slow. Despite that, it's a great choice for budget-conscious users.
Don’t just sit there. Engage with the people who do follow you:
On Telegram, be active in your group. Respond to questions, run polls, and keep conversations going. People like to feel heard.
On X, share regular updates. Post about token launches, developments, and relevant crypto news. The more active you are, the more people will interact with your posts.
📌📌📌 OUR OWN STRATEGY: Here’s what we did for our projects before (and even now), you can see and apply all or just a few:

IV. Tracking & Optimizing Your Performance
1. Website Analytics
To effectively track the performance of your website, the first tool you should set up is Google Analytics. This is free, easy to use, and gives you a ton of useful data about your website visitors.
Here’s how you can set it up:
Create a Google Analytics Account
Go to Google Analytics and sign up.
Once signed up, you’ll be given a tracking ID that you’ll add to your website. This allows Google to track your site’s performance.
Key Metrics to Track
Here’s a breakdown of the most important website performance metrics that will help you understand your audience:Sessions: This is the number of visits to your website. Each time someone comes to your site, it counts as a session.
Users: This is the number of unique visitors. If someone visits your website multiple times, it only counts as one user.
Bounce Rate: This is the percentage of people who visit your website but leave without interacting with anything. A high bounce rate means that your site isn’t engaging enough to make people stick around.
Page Views: This tells you how many times a specific page was viewed. Knowing which pages are getting the most views will tell you what interests people the most.
Average Time on Page: This shows how long visitors spend on a specific page. The longer they stay, the more engaged they are.
Conversion Rate: If you have a CTA like “Join our Telegram” or “Buy LDA Token,” the conversion rate tells you what percentage of visitors are clicking that button.
Example: If your token’s homepage is getting 1,000 visitors a day but only 10% are clicking on the “Buy Token” button, you can adjust your call-to-action or make the button more visible to increase that conversion rate.
What to Do with the Data
If you see that your bounce rate is too high (over 70%), your website might be too slow, hard to navigate, or not engaging. In this case, you can work with a designer or developer to improve the user experience.
If certain pages have high views but low conversions (for example, your tokenomics page has lots of traffic, but nobody is buying), maybe your explanation of the tokenomics is unclear or lacks details. Try updating the page with clearer visuals, better explanations, or a simplified version of your whitepaper.
Just like with your website, you need to track your social media performance to make sure your content is reaching the right people and getting engagement. Here are some ways you can do that:
Twitter Analytics (X)
Go to your profile and click on Analytics (you need to have a premium account to see it). Here, you can see:
Impressions: How many times your tweets were viewed.
Engagements: The total number of clicks, retweets, likes, and replies.
Engagement Rate: This is the percentage of people who interacted with your tweet compared to how many saw it.
Follower Growth: See how many new followers you gained during a specific time period.
Example: Let’s say you tweet about an upcoming presale. If it gets 5,000 impressions but only 30 engagements, your engagement rate is low (0.6%). This tells you that your tweet wasn’t compelling enough. You can try using better visuals, creating more exciting copy, or adding hashtags to reach a broader audience.
Telegram Insights: Although Telegram doesn’t have built-in analytics, you can use Telegram Analytics bots (like Combot or Telemetr) to track:
Member Growth: How many new members you’ve gained over a certain period.
Engagement: Which posts are getting the most reactions (replies, shares, etc.).
Activity: How active your members are. Are they responding to messages, or are they just lurking?
If you see that your Telegram group has a lot of members but low activity, it means people aren’t engaged. You can remedy this by increasing your interaction, asking questions, running polls, or hosting AMAs (Ask Me Anything).
Tracking and optimizing your website and social media performance are essential to growing your token and community. I show you how to use analytics tools like Google Analytics, Telegram Insights, and AI-powered tools for content optimization, you can continually improve and ensure that your efforts are paying off.
The key is to track everything, analyze the data, and make informed adjustments to your strategies. This process will help you reach more people, get more engagement, and, ultimately, increase the success of your token launch.
Conclusion & Next Step
Alright, now that we’ve covered the key points of creating a professional website and building your social media presence, let’s wrap it up.
To sum it up: Your website and social media accounts are your chance to make a great first impression. Invest in them wisely, and don’t cut corners. The appearance and professionalism of these platforms will determine whether potential investors trust you and, ultimately, invest in your project.
