AI Progress: 97% of companies are committed to AI, but only 15% have achieved their desired outcomes so far.
1-3 Years for Impact: Around 54% expect to see significant AI benefits in 1-3 years, while 48% report mixed results during this time. Data issues remain a key obstacle.
Challenges: 39% of companies with limited impact expect results within 1-3 years, struggling with data readiness and security.
Longer Term: 26% expect it to take 3-5 years for results, while 5% think it will take longer than five years.
Despite challenges, 88% of companies plan to use digital tools to improve performance, and 40% already see benefits or expect them soon.
