1. Access Midjourney via Discord
2. Create your character based on what you want.
Example prompt: a girl with curly hair, medium hair, light smile, turtleneck sweater, long skirt, snow, white scarf, sunset, bloom, top of hills, from side, hands on hips, looking away, looking at sunset, beautiful scenery, masterpiece, best quality
3. Choose the image you want to upscale
Get the Seed Number
→ The seed number is a reference number to the image that Midjourney will use to create other images based on that original image
→ Click on “add reaction” which is in the little smiley face emoticon with the “+” on it. You’ll find this icon if you scroll up and hover your mouse at the top edge of your image.
→ Click on the envelope (you might need to search for the word “envelope”). What that does is generate the same image on the feed, only this time it shows the seed number.
→ You get the seed number
5. Get the link image
→ Right-click on the image to get the Image address link
6. Create a second image consistent with your first character
→ Choose to /imagine mode and put in the prompt with the structure “[Link image address] [original prompt] --seed[xxxx]”
→ Paste the image link into the prompt box that you got from the image you upscaled.
→ Then, paste in the exact same prompt you used to create the initial character. Do not change the wording of the core prompt.
→ You can add in whatever extra actions or changes in clothing, scenery, or positioning
→ Then add the seed number (**--**seed xxxx), where ‘xxxx’ is the seed number you copied from your original character image, at the end of the prompt.
