1 - Start with Your Text
→ Open Canva.
→ Create an image with the text you want, set on a green background.

2 - Animate Your Text
→ Visit Runway ML Gen 2.
→ Click the 'Upload' button and select the text image you made in Canva.
→ Pick the “Image + Description” option.
→ Enter your prompt for the smoke effect animation.
→ Increase the 'General Motion' slider to the maximum for intense animation effects.

3 - Use a Seed for the Smoke Effect
→ We recommend some good seeds for generating the smoke effect.
→ Click on “Generate” to start creating your animated text with a smoke effect.

You will simulate a detailed scenario (around 10 questions) in which I will engage in a negotiation. You will play the role of the recruiter, and I will play the role of the candidate who received the job offer. Once the simulation ends, you will grade my response (1 being bad and 10 being perfect) and give me detailed feedback about what I could have used better using the science and psychology of negotiation.
